SERVERS

Barcellos Holdings Ltd supply, configure, install and support server systems. Whether it’s a named manufacturer or built by ourselves, we can offer Microsoft based solutions to fit all your business needs.

PC's

Computers are built in house. Dependant on your budget or requirements, these can comprise of entry level components, or higher specification parts for resource hungry applications.

PERIPHERALS

With the ever changing world that we live in, there’s a whole host of devices that live outside your PC. Be it widescreen    LCD monitors, multi-function printers, wireless keyboards and mice, or more, we are able to advise and source from a large supplier base.

NETWORKING (LAN & WAN)

Wired or wireless, megabit or gigabit – switches, access points and routers. Configuration options are available for both   office based and remote connections, be it laptops or desktop PC’s.

CABLING

Whether you need to install new, or are even replacing old, we can install and test CAT5 cabling.

SOFTWARE

We are able to source both retail and OEM software – Microsoft Server and Desktop Operating Systems and their Office Applications, along with a range of Anti-Virus Solutions from Symantec, McAfee and Panda.

INTERNET

Advice can be given as to what package you should be getting from your ISP. We can then integrate this into your system, connecting your business to the outside world.

EMAIL

If you already have an e-mail system in place, we can migrate this to run with Microsoft Exchange.

BARCODE SCANNING EQUIPMENT

To compliment our barcode tracking software, we build full PC based scanning stations or can supply just the barcode  reading equipment, the choice is yours.

UPGRADES

Need a DVD writer? PC slow? Printer unreliable? In most cases we can upgrade your existing equipment to give it a performance increase.

CONSULTANCY

If you’re not sure how your system/network has been put together, and therefore how you could improve your IT infrastructure, we can offer site survey visits and also make suggestions for the future.

MAINTENANCE (On-Site, Remote Support, Time & Materials or Return to Base)

With on-site, we can respond within 4 or 8 hours to get you up and working again as soon as possible. Many computer software issues can be fixed without the need for a site visit. We are able to offer remote assistance via dial up modem or broadband connection.

CONSUMABLES & STATIONERY

Print cartridges, ribbons, print heads and spare parts. Stationery can be supplied standard or pre-printed.
