HARDWARE SUPPORT
Barcellos Holdings Limited offers on-site Hardware Maintenance to all our
customers with a repair or loan replacement policy, to ensure the user
has no interruption of service.
We provide an 8 working hour response with the majority of calls being
resolved within 4 working hours.
SOFTWARE SUPPORT
Software support is available on a contract basis for all our Global
products. Our support desk has communication links to every client's
site, using high speed VPN technology. Software can be installed and
updated via the remote connection allowing a faster response to customer
problems and avoiding the cost of a site visit. |
