I was very impressed with
your professional yet approachable manner. You dealt with my
internet issues quickly and explained everything in a way that I
could understand, not always the case with IT people! You did
not try to force any unnecessary IT on me just provided straight
forward advice and solutions about how we could improve our
home/work set up. This was followed up the next day with a full
and detailed report by email which was also very useful.
Since your visit we have
found everything working really well and the wireless connection
has made a huge difference to the way we work. I thought the
fees you charge were reasonable for the quality of service
provided and taking into account your expertise and attention to
detail. I would only add that in this day and age it’s lovely to
find a company that "do what it says on the tin" a rare
commodity in my experience. I would happily recommend your
services to anyone requiring IT help and support.

I have used Barcellos a few
times now and have found their prices very competitive, their
service very reliable and all the staff have been very
professional in their conduct. Also to receive a report and know
where my money is being spent is a great addition that most
companies would not provide. I would thoroughly recommend any
company to at least give them a try!

We have bought a number of computers over the years. Having
told Barcellos our requirements they gave us a number of options at
very competitive prices. The service has been very good,
fast, reliable and friendly. When any issues have arisen the

I have known Barcellos for many years when I was in business
and now that I am retired we still keep in touch with each
other. They still look after my computer if anything goes wrong
and the problem is sorted very quickly. Barcellos have access to
my computer via on line and they sort out my problems promptly
and efficiently.

We have been using the technical services of Barcellos since
October 2007. As a very small Special School in Rutland where
specialist services are not always readily available we were
fortunate to come across them almost by chance. They have been
able to provide support to us with all aspects of the Wireless
Network, Virus problems, Laptops random access memory,
installation of printers and computers etc.. Other areas where
we asked and received specialist knowledge were with a specific
Video Camera where we couldn’t download the software and
programming related to our new Website.
Their service is prompt and very cost effective. Instructions
given are clear and concise and simple enough to understand even
for special school staff! We have always been extremely
satisfied with the service provided and are pleased to be given
the opportunity to provide this reference.
